During busy periods a lot of users are purchasing tickets at the same time therefore if they choose the same seats that you choose then you are shown this message. Click ‘remove’ on all of your tickets within the trolley and try again.Back to Index

I have not received my tickets, why?
Check your e-mail and ensure you have paid for postage of your tickets. It may take up to 2 weeks prior to the performance to allocate and post all tickets purchased.

How do I pay for tickets?
After you have selected your seats on the website you will be re-directed to PayPal to complete your purchase. We use PayPal as our payment processor. On PayPal you can either:
๏ Log-in and pay with your own PayPal account or
๏ Pay with debit/credit card by entering your Name, Address and card details on the PayPal site.
Tickets can also be booked by calling the Shine Box Office on 07519154907 or 01555 777217 (Option 3) (Sundays 1pm-5pm) or
Visit The Lighthouse Studios and Arts Centre, Castlehill Industrial Estate, Carluke on Sundays 1pm-5pm to pay by cash, cheque or card.
I am unable to select my seats, why?
Some Shine productions may not allow you to select your seats.

I keep receiving the message “Invalid Seat Selection”
You are receiving this message as you cannot leave single seat gaps. If you have selected seats from left to right, try your selection from right to left ensuring that you are not leave a single space seat.

How and when can I use live chat?
To use Live Chat click the white and red chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of the website. If “We’re Online! Live chat with us” appears then you can chat with one of the team.
